Welding technique

Theoretical and practical re-examinations by our welders are executed according to AD 2000 worksheet HP3, DIN EN ISO 9606 and under site conditions according to DVGW-worksheet GW 350. Apart from the classic hand welding (all procedures) G (gas), and WIG (Wolfram-Inert-Gas), we also have a team of automate welders for the usage of orbital welding machines.

We put a very high emphasis on the schooling and practical training of our employees. Only after detailed testing (x-ray, hardness test, impact bending) they get the clearance for mission on site. A very low error rate in comparison to our competitors, is the result of steady and consistent effort.

Next to the classic vessel and piping steel, we are also able to weld special material, as well as mixed compounds, such as ferritic, martensitic and austenistic steel, in high-alloyed, high temperature firm range. The welding of aluminum and f.e. titan rounds off our welding service.
